RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Please note that all gift cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have any questions, please email concierge@avilabydn.com.

RETURNS 

Before you move forward with your return, you must obtain authorization from us before sending us your item. Please email concierge@avilabydn.com to obtain authorization.

We do not allow returns for the following:

  • Items with missing tags or tags that have been removed and reattached
  • Sale items, discounted items, or items purchased with a discount code
  • Undergarments or bodysuits, for hygienic reasons
  • Items received in a condition other than their original condition
  • Items that appear worn or smell of perfume, makeup stains, deodorant or tanner
  • Items that are marked or damaged in any way

Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and all original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    EXCHANGES 

    Before you move forward with your return, you must obtain authorization from us before sending us your item. Please email concierge@avilabydn.com to obtain authorization.

    For exchanges, we will waive the 15% restocking fee and cover the shipping cost of shipping the new item to you. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    We do not allow exchanges for the following:

    • Final sale items
    • Items with missing tags or tags that have been removed and reattached
    • Undergarments or bodysuits, for hygienic reasons
    • Items received in a condition other than their original condition
    • Items that appear worn or smell of perfume, makeup stains, deodorant or tanner
    • Items that are marked or damaged in any way

    DISCOUNTED ITEMS

    All sale items are final sale. Items purchased with a discount or promo code are not eligible for returns, they are only eligible for exchanges or store credit. 

    GIFTS

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (given that the return occurred within 30 days of purchase by the gift giver) and they will find out about your return/exchange.

    AVILA does not cover return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages - please use a tracked shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, AVILA will send you a return shipping slip for all orders within the US & Canada, free of charge. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    DAMANGED ITEMS

    If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. We will provide a full refund or exchange if the damaged item is reported to us within 7 days after the purchase.
